dry ice kief

i just got a herbal activator and extractor it has a decarb mode a pre set 250 degrees for a hour and a half but thats for flower is that to long for dry ice hash (kief) dont say nothing in the instructions about kief and of course no web site any info will help sure would hate to ruin my kief thanks
