COCO COIR Droppy leaves. drainage issue?

JPCC

Second grow, still new to growing.
First grow (soil) went well despite running into pest issue early on.

Alien lights OG Auto week 3

60/40 coco/perlite, transplanted to 2 gallons fabric pot recently.
Leaves are droopy, perhaps because of drainage issue? or stunted due to poor transplant technique?
Takes 3 days for top 1-2 inches to dry out.

The picture below is taken 6 hours after watering.

Assume it is drainage issue, how can I fix this?
Cheers :)

The plant looks overwatered/overfed.
At 40% perlite drainage would be fine.

Your plant is suffocating and I would do the following.

increase circulation - air on the entire plant/fabric pot- to help dry out
lollipop the bottom leaf branch (if not already done)
pull a couple of inches (depth) of the coco/perlite away from the main stem to the edges, allow oxygen to the roots.
get the pot on a rack- increasing airflow under the pot.
poke holes, in a band around the pot about 2-3" from the bottom.
water only once- then reduce nutrients by 1/2 and add Silica if not already being used
use a 18/6 or 20/4 light schedule- if on a 24/0 currently
