Droopy, curled leaves help!

I’ve picked up some Autoflowering seeds and there about 2 weeks or so old and my plants leafs are drooping, curling over and generally looking unhealthy.

These have just been left outside with me watering them every day or two days. I’ve brought them inside a couple of nights when it’s been very cold outside (UK climate).

Any idea whether I’m overwatering, underwatering? Roughly put 250ml water each day on each plant.

Hey there, hoping to lend a hand. In my opinion it looks like they could use a different soil mixture. I would be led to believe that the roots are having a tough time breathing, which is causing the negative reaction to growth and causing leaf curling.

For seedlings you'll want to be a little heavier on the perlite to support their fragile root development.

Yeah what meestafeesha said - your plant is telling you it doesn't like the grow medium you have it in.
