Droopy and Slow Growth

Recently one of my 5 OG Kush/Haze plants started drooping and did not respond to any changes i made with increased humidity or reduced light intensity so i ended up culling it as i want to go with 4 plants max in my 4x4 grow tent anyhow. Now another has started to show the same symptoms. Both plants in the back have been topped but the front 2 have not. I wanted to start LST but concerned with the current condition of my plants which are 5 weeks old from seed. I cal magged all plants 5 days ago and foliar sprayed with liquid kelp. the growing medium is promix, worm castings gaia green and bokashi all organic. Temps have averaged 23c with a humidity of around 45% which has been challenging with low winter humidity. Air flow is very good though this is the first time i have grown with LED's. It was suggested that my intensity was too high so i have backed off to approximately 70% power 50" above plants. Im running a total of 6 Vero 29 100 watt cobs. I have never had this issue with HPS lighting so I wondering if i have been overpowering the lighting as its almost like a condition of too much heat though the temps dont prove this to be the case. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The pot looks small to the plant size, general rule of thumb when the leaf reach the edge of the pot, it's time to transplant.
Were they rootbound in the 4-inch pots?
 
When i transplanted the roots were to the edge but not root bound. I have been watering every 3 days and admit that the one in questions growing medium was drier than the other 3.
I watered 2 days ago but it has not responded. Normally they perk back up within a couple of hours? I tend to let the medium get dry for the first couple of inches and are about a third of the weight watered.

It's a little crowded, if you are doing things right and it looks like you are, good color, not burnt, your roots can out grow your plant.
Remember bigger pot = bigger roots = bigger plant = bigger yield.
I would suggest given them some kelp in the ph'ed water next watering and the next day move them to there forever pot, Give them room to stretch their legs.
I just moved 1 plant from a 4" pot to a half gallon pot last night that had visible roots and was 8 days from germination, 2 more weeks and it's in a 5 gallon pot.
 
It makes sense as the largest and first to dry out is the one that is showing signs first. I plan on flipping them in the next 10 days so i will transplant them into these pots which should be fine for the rest of the grow. Thanks for your recommendations Mr. furley and happy growing.

Your plants look great overall, and yes: welcome to the forum, Cannadian!!!

Now I'm a hydro grower, so I have no advice to give, except that I wonder if the "final pot" is big enough??? I'll be interested to see what Mr.furley has to say about that. Only thing I would add is to make sure that they are in vigorous, healthy growth when you make the switch to 12/12.
 
Yes, agreed. Mr Furley was correct with his assessment as I transferred them today and they were definitely root bound. The pots are 14" 4 gallon so I'm hoping I will be ok if they are good to go 12/12 in the next 10 days - 14 days.
