Double Header

Hi,
My Orange Bud has sprouted 2 main stems from about 1/2" above the top of the soil. Is this just a lucky break or is it double-trouble?

That is a volunteer mainline and that is probably how I would grow it
Can you get a picture of the trunk where it forks?

Hey, Double.
It appears you have 1) a natural genetic variation, or 2) a very early damaged sprout. In either case, it should grow out nicely. I would not worry - maybe even head the two main stems again.
