Dont need help wondering if this is normal

Is it normal to have new colas growing where existing colas already sit looks like its happening every where here is the best pic i could get with the most growth to it the rest look like there are just nubs which is what this looked like yesterday

I can see on the bottom node you completely removed the growth tip but it's growing a brand new one, and further up the plant there's another new growth tip that appeared right next to a well-developed stem. You'll get a lot of colas fast if you keep getting extra colas every node! :) Is it happening all over the plant? Seems like it could be a useful mutation.
 
As of then it seemed like it but i figgured the rest may just be some weird little leafs just growing at the bottom of the cola but thats also what i thought that these 2 extra colas were but then they started growing stems lol but imma keep and eye on her the net few days and i over nuted her then under nuted her so shes looking pretty sad leaf color wise but growing like crazy
