HELP! Does my plant look alright??

Okay so I feel like my plants been doing okay but all this new growth is kinda freakin me out. Just the new leaves seems really saggy. Like their not pointing up towards the light. Don’t know if I have a deficiency or what. Looks like overwatering but it’s hydro sooo. I think I saw something about a P deficiency too but idk. Please help.
