lower third of plant is doing this

It may well be a PH problem. Check your water and nutrients. Otherwise you may have a root problem.

The roots are going to be restricted in only 10 gallons of soil. My BB3 used up her 25+ gallons of soil long ago and I am feeding her. She has roots out the bottom of the pot.
how about some pics of the whole plant. Is it flowering yet?

Yes it’s flowering but it’s been set way back, I have been amending it lately, I’ll post pictures tomorrow , the other one I have is in a 15 fabric container and it’s set into soil now it’s doing better but I need to start 5-6-6 and I’m starting teas
