Hello MrStoker, Since I hate having to write anything I don't have to on my phone (I'm generation of '68), I keep a journal by hand in a three ring binder with all my nutrient and other information.
I write down the amount of nutes and observations about how the grow is going, noting any problems as well as good stuff like, They started to get frosty on this week; the pistils began to turn color on this week, etc. I also make note of stuff I'm doing differently so that I don't forget what was working well.
I print out a copy of the information on the strains I'm growing and put it at the front of my entries on my grow like this:
GROW 8: KEEP TEMPS COOL IN FLOWER & use dehumidifier
