Do you think these ladies ready for harvest?

Do you think these strains ready for the harvest? I got microscope but I cannot stabilize and focus it to trichomes. And I'm not sure about the timing. I'm going to wait my plants 2 day on darkness before harvest. Can I start to dark period now?

I wouldn’t! Too many straight white stigmas. I like to see more curled in and brown.

I checked the trichomes with microscope. It looks like there are ready but when you look at stigmas are not dark yet and blooms are thin. I waited for a couple of days.
