Do these seedlings look like a legginess?

Hello everyone. These are XXL seedlings that bloom automatically. Germination 20days Height is 8 cm to 10 cm. Is it a legginess?

That's what it looks like to me...although not as leggy as I've done myself. Tell us about your grow set up. How close is your light? What kind of light are you using? Your seedlings are trying to reach the light. It's either too far away or not intense enough.

My light is set to the weakest of marshydro 300W TS2000 full spectrum LED, 40cm above the seedling. It is about PPFD250. Is my seedling too tall?

From my view yes they are leggy and the rockwool seems to not agree with your seedlings. If i had repeated trouble with yellowing and Ph issues i would not use the same rockwool cubes i'd switch. Lots of kinder mediums out there but i'm no hydro grower and it looks like you are.
