do i harvest already or should i wait

i have been growing amnezia haze for 12 weeks outdoors i want 2 harvest it but not sure should i wait for longer or is it ready

What stage to harvest is the growers choice. Clear trics give a paranoid racy high (ya some like it that way, not me), milky is the high THC point and amber is CBN (couch lock), your choice as to what you like/want. I harvest some at the milky point for morning meds, and some with 50% amber for bed time.

You have a longway to go it looks like to me!!!
if you harvest right now, the plant will not amount to much! Let it keep going as long as you can and it will twist up with the pistols etting dark and buds twisting up. Packing on weight!!!

See the pics below, if the trics are milky, and the plant is problems, out it comes. Or just pick the big buds and let the little grow on.
