HELP! did my plants bolt or is this normal

Bolting in plants is mostly caused by heat, a plant that bolts has stopped focusing on vegetative growth and is trying to create flowers, pollen, and seeds, so essentially the flowering stretch is a bolt. Both male and female cannabis will stretch for flowing.
 
I have some seed bank seeds just having planted them yet. I’ll check into nirvana, I ordered from seedsman. Thanks for the pollinating tip, didn’t think to try that
