Did my plant hermie or get pollinated?

I noticed a few seed sacks and was wondering how to tell if my plant hermied because of stress or if somebody around has a male plant close enough to pollinate mine. I took one of them off to check and it looked like a really underdeveloped seed inside. It was solid enough and had a white thing inside then I squished it. How much will this lower the quality of the buds? Would it help it I just pop them all off now? Or leave them be?

nope . Just a swollen calyx.

When I get home I’ll open one and take a pic of what I think looks like a seed. But I hope you’re both right! Definitely makes me feel better lol

that is a seed, doesnt look like calyxes many are pollinized so i wouldnt worry too much about it, worst case scenario youll have a few seeds
