Defoliation

So I did a little defoliation on Tuesday and then again this morning.

If yall would take a look, tell me how I did. What I can do better. Anything I should be doing differently. Constructive criticism is much welcomed

Good Morning Kpen personally I would take all of the big Fans from your above pictures you can see that they are shading the lower bud sites ,but they look very healthy,

That's what I was kind of thinking, I just wasn't sure if taking too many of those fan leaves would stunt their growth.

I might wait til tomorrow and then take the rest of them off. Or you think I'd be okay to do it now??

Im just worried I'm going to slow them down. On the 23rd they will be 8weeks. I was hoping they would grow to the top of the rings by then and then I was gonna flip the switch on em

I just went ahead and took the majority of those larger fan leaves off, I took some smaller ones off as well only if they were really really blocking a lot of bud sites.

Is this a little better??

I didnt over do it did I?

Ive done very very light defoliation before. But this is "supposed" to be my defol 1 week before the switch. That's if they are close enough the the top of the rings though.

On a side note. I really like the tomato cage idea. I'll see if they fit my next grow.
