COCO COIR Defoliation - a little assistance!

This is only my second grow first was with bag seeds and actually came our fairly well. This time I used Northern Light which I got for Nirvana seeds and they are about in week six of veg and plan on going 12/12 at week six. I would like some advise on how to go about defoliating to get max yield. My first though is to use the technique suggested my Nebula Haze since this will be why first attempt at aggressive defoliation. I know these plants are pretty bushing but I want to be careful and not go overboard.

My growing environment is:
4x4x80" grow tent
Humidifer (when needed)
Small heater(when needed)
350 Cubic foot 6; Exhaust fan with carbon filter
Two 6" fans for circulation.
Fox Farm Coco Loco
Viparspectra Dimmable Series PAR700 700w LED
General Hydroponics Flora Grow, Bloom,Micro Combo Fertilizer with CalMagic+

My tap water comes from a well and the PPM is really high so I use bottled water and adjust the PH to 6.0

Take a look at the photo and any suggestion will be much appreciated. I can see a lot of bud sites and getting a little exited, do want to screw up now.

Your plants look great!
The safest way to defoliate is to take only 1 fan leaf from a pair. It's a good way to start defoliation.

Take the leaf which covers the most buds sites- usually @ center, but leave top bud site with both fan leaves alone.
This will increase both light and airflow considerably and not hurt the plant.

Ya, what Weed Pharma said, they look great and you dont need to take too much. There not that crowded. Take 15-20 percent of the leaves and youll be fine till week three of flower. Then you can do the same thing again.
