Defoliateing

New grower here. Question? Defoliating my plants. Is it worth keeping them. I just started trimming on the 6th week from sprouting. I always save the trim on the buds but always wondered about the fan leaves. Do they have any worth.

At the stage, not really. The one thing I can see them being used for is juicing, but that is if you have a nice clean, organic garden. Cannabis is a great bioaccumulator, so if there are heavy metals and stuff in the soil, you wouldn't want to juice it.
