Decarb rosin?

Since my rosin press is set to 200 deg does the rosin then need to be decarbed before making edibles or tinctures or did the heat from pressing do the trick?

You'll need a full decarb to psycho activate. I use my Nova.
Before I wised up, I was pressing decarbed flower and my
yields were half as much as pressing fresh, then decarbing.

Yes, I would decarb any rosin you're planning on using for edibles.
When I bake brownies, I mix the rosin with coconut oil for the recipe in a pyrex measure and heat that in a 250 degF oven for an hour till it doesn't have any bubbles effervescing.
