I'm more for QB boards, timbergrow, rapid led, chilled, lumigrow lights. It really all depends on the application and how much you want to put into it. I just post these for anyone looking to grab a light for a decent price. IF....I were to buy a light like these (that wasn't broke to fix). I would get viparspectra after taking one apart. Good quality parts all around. The galaxy hydro are nice but I can see why they would fail after some time. Small heat sinks, shotty soldering on the PCB, small cheap fans. Although some disagree with brands, viparspectra uses bridglux and epileds 5W (slightly less efficient) but powered well. GH uses only epileds. A little info I learned while reading about all this....a company can buy the die, and manufacturer it, for a led and say it is a cree, bridglux, etc. This matters because they are not manufactured under the same tolerances. The failure rate of these cheap off brand LEDs tells me this must be true to an extent.
