Day 11 - yellow spots on some leaves

hi guys, i would like some help if possible. it's my first grow (day 11). Yesterday, a few yellow spots were seen on my plant leaf. The end of one of the leaves is necrosis. would you tell me please what is the problem of my plant?

I like to use fish emulsion when they are young. If your watering practices are good and your root PH is good then, I would add nutrient.
