Custom’s ?........WTF over

I’ve been tracking my order from overseas, it’s been stuck in U.S.customs and hasn’t moved for over a week. I wonder if the government shutdown has any thing to do with it’s delay? Or have I been snagged?... so to speak , has anyone else experienced this ? I hope not, with the shutdown looming again I would b hesitate to order anything from overseas at this time...If the shutdown is the cause.

I dont know a lot about us customs, but I have had regular items held up in customs for a good while.... I am sure you will get it!

Customs officers are expected to work through the shut down. Their status is exempt. They might be running a skeleton crew though. One week doesn’t seem like an excessive turnover time, might have to wait it out a bit longer.
