3 of my 4 girls were shaped like Christmas trees. Not as tall as your from the looks of it. We still got a decent harvest. They were too advanced by the time I really started to learn about topping and LST. I would probably snip a few of those bigger fan leaves, but that's just me.
Your plants look great and I think you'll get a good harvest.

Thank you and I dnt really defoliate to much I guz I'm always scared im gana need the extra leafs I'm almost in week 7 of flower only one plant looks rdy do u think if I trim thos fans leafs tht my sugar leafs will start to yellow?

The fan leaves will yellow and die before the sugar leaves do anything.

Dont be afraid to experiment. Just be conservative to start and be patient.

At week 7 though, I'd be very conservative.
