Not sure if this is normal I just moved my girls outside 3 days ago
This one looks like it is starting to flower not sure. The other 3 are not doing this.
It is 3 feet high and nice and bushy.

looks like a baby bud with a bit of a burn as well...you don't say if it's auto or photo but if it's photo and she's only getting 12 or even 14 hrs light she might flower...

Not sure what it is I got four clones and they are all different in appearance and all the same size.
I kept the light on them 16 hours a day without fail

assuming its a photo you need to find out the current dawn and dusk time at you grow space then deduct that of your 16 hours you gave before, the answer is the reason
