Best to invest in some of those small digital hydrometers for in the jar. Dry the plants until you think they are done, place in jars with hygrometer and see where they are at for moisture. If they are to moist, remove them from the jar and spread out on some brown paper grocery bags for 12 hours or so, put back in jars and measure. Repeat as needed. It is easier to have them to wet and have to remove them than it is to have them to dry and trying to rehydrate them. I like to target 56-58% humidity. If they are to wet when you try cure they risk mold and yak.
