Cure sugar leaves to make hash?

Ok fam, I have a serious question, so please, I'm looking for answers, not jokes:

I'm assuming that just as the proper dry/cure for buds increases the desired flavor, smoke and potency, it would be good to cure sugar leaves before making hash. I'm having trouble finding an answer to my question!!!

Logically it sounds reasonable, the reason we cure is to turn THCA into THC... the sugar leaves contain the same THCA so yeah I would say yes that helps

Yes, it does make a difference. I use the trim (both fan leaves and the 'sugar' leaves) to make the DIH to use for my tea. Of course it's not as potent as the bud, but it is useable. The same processes go on in the leaf as do in the bud during the curing.

We let cure just to decompose chlorophyll so it won't taste as bad. canabinoid degradation occurs naturally accelerated by heat and light. Going from THCA>THC>CBN. Curing occurs in a dark cool place where canabinoids won't degrade. About curing for hash. Depends a lot on the process of hash making. For bubble hash with ice you need fresh material full of water. For solvent extraction you want as dry as its posible.

So for dry ice hash, you just freeze it right after trim and then throw it in with ice? No cure?

Yes exactly. The plant material its gonna be irrelevant if you just wanna break off resin glands.

I cure all. It's not exactly right for bubble hash but I mostly Make butter and dab.
