CS question

Twice now I have tried using CS to force a plant to hermie without success. Both times I started treating a single branch about a week before the 12/12 flip and continued treating twice daily until the other branches had buds the size of grapes. The treated branch in both cases had the leaves turn kinda deformed but not a single pollen sack. I made my own CS and if I can trust the tester that came with it I had 130ppm. Any ideas what I did wrong.

I would suspect the colloidal silver generator. Might not be .9999 silver. It is hard to say because you have nothing to reference your checker to. You might buy a small bottle of highly rated CS on Amazon and try that.
