Creating polyploidy using colchicine

Wanting to create some polyploid seeds using colchicine. Has anyone used either the seeds of autumn crocus or the colchicine pills used to treat gout to create their colchicine solution for seed soaking? If so, could you share your recipe, techniques, methods, tips, secrets, experiences, etc? Also how you sourced the seeds or pills. Thx y’all, Korn

Man I did that many moons ago, dont remember just how much. I used juice from a bulb, winter crocus (the white one). soak the seed and dont smoke the weed. There will be mutations,
Naked Ladies can be used also, IDK the amount of juice to water. IIRC the book was called Cabanas Alchemy. I was stoned~
