Cotyledon exposed while still on wet PT

This is my first set of germinated seeds as I lurch forward into cultivating. 🙂First germs have popped today while on wet paper towel. One of them has already cast off its shell so the cotyledon leaves are exposed. The tap root is almost 1/2”. Should I put these in cubes or just the one?
Other 3 germs have various tap lengths: one is only a mm long, the other 2 are 1/4”ish.

These seeds are for an auto.

Once they sprout from the seed they are ready to be planted. The longer you wait the more risk of it dying or breaking the tap root, they are very sensitive at this stage.

I like to start 'em in a cube or a plug....the paper towel thing adds handing risk. I'd get them in whatever media you intend to use right away.

I don't have problems with paper towel but you can't allow it to grow in it, soon as I see a bit of a white tail or point into the medium it goes. And yes I have had to cut the little part of towel before and just left it on and planted it too.
