Cops profit way too much from arresting people for marijuana.

dontknownuttin has spoken the truth. Cops in Ontario Canada hang out near the new cannabis dispensaries and have been arresting and charging people when they come out of the dispensary with their purchases in their pockets. Like a fucking cherry picker.
