Continue veg or go to bud stage

So, I've had some problems with this girl but she has really been doing good for a few weeks.. I'm growing in a 2x4x8 space. 1200w LED light. Plain soil with perlite. It's been on a strict 18-6 light schedule.. it looks like it's starting to bud I think.. it's still small! What should I do?

If it's starting to flower at 18/6 then you have an autoflower. Otherwise you'd have to change the light schedule to 12/12 to make it flower.
If your positive it's flowering keep it at 18/6.
