Maybe you should be able to back up what you say with real grow experience before you tell someone they're giving bad advice.

"Super-cropping is best done during the vegetative stage, once the plant has grown many healthy branches and is growing vigorously, but before it is full into the flowering stage."
I have to admit that I had to do it for the first time in my former small grow box when the Blue OG went nuts and grew much taller than I had expected. So I made some knuckles during flowering, and I have to say, I don't think it hurt the crop.
But I know very little about it; only just learning.
