Well, I guess I was kind of kidding, but when I'm in my grow room, looking at my girls and smelling their wonderful aromas, taking care of them and tending to their needs, I'm in another world. It's the most comfortable place I know. Even when I'm stressing out about something like bugs or root rot, I know I'm in a learning process and that I'll get better and faster at solving problems.
I have devoted my life to the cult of cannabis. She is my goddess and I worship her, so growing cannabis is one of the two best ways to worship. You know what the other is.
Now I don't ever have to see her disrespected by dishonest and carelss sellers who handle her like shit, leave her in dirty bags, in the light and the heat, and ain't got no respect. I don't ever have to smoke shit again, either. That gives me a tremendous sense of relief. Not to be a part of that world anymore.
My weed friends' respect has increased. I am called a beast and an OG, which is high praise indeed.
And as my knowledge increases and I get more and more comfortable with what I'm doing, I feel my mind expanding. I'm learning something new, incredibly useful. This is learning that only brings pleasure (as opposed to reading the paper and learning what's going on in the world). The more I learn, the better my harvested buds will become. So maybe there's also a contact high in anticipation of what I'm going to harvest.
