HYDRO Connecting a 3/4" fitting to a 1" tube question

The fitting on my water chiller is 3/4" and I want to use 1" tubing to connect my buckets. Is there an adapter I can buy? They don't sell a 1" fitting for my chiller as it is an old model and they don't make parts for it anymore. Would 3/4" tubing on my buckets be a problem? I was always under the assumption that 1" was the way to go. I already have the parts for the 1" route so if I could stay on this course, that would be awesome. Any advice?

You might be able to find a reducer at a hardware store or your hydro shop.

I assume you are talking about a 3/4 barbed male end on your chiller. If so you can cut a small strip of 3/4” tubing and attach it to the chiller and adapt up to the 1” line with a 3/4” to 1” barbed male end reducer (See link below).
