Here in Florida we have taken the first step in the right direction. It will be a year before anything come to fruition, but the next big thing will be full legalisation.
even with medical on the books here you wont be able to grow your own. Sucks.

PA is the same. Medical approval (except leaf product) but at least another 18 months until the first dispensary opens. I have made an appointment (couldn't get in until January) with my husbands gastro doctor. I'm hoping we can get him a medical card now, even though it's early. The bill was written than ONLY children with certain debilitating illness' could go out of state to buy their meds. That if that state will sell to out of state. District of Columbia is close to us, but I think their law forbids selling to out of staters, even if they have a card. It's a nightmare.

Thanks Wattze,!! I'm in Mass and this is a big relief for me...though the law didn't stop me from starting to grow last year! Great to see the momentum shifting (though too slowly) across the US! 🌻🌻
