Morning everyone. I keep hearing, coco coir has a lot of potassium in it.....most says it dont.could someone tell me if it doesn't. Would really like to no...ty :)

The following is just what I believe to be the case.

Coco does have potassium. Coco releases the potassium and replaces it with Calcium at the earliest convenience. This is the reason for a high number of calcium deficiencies in coco You will find that coco growers add a lot a calcium in the beginning to try and avoid a deficiency. Once the coco has all the calcium it needs, you can go back to regular doses.
just my 2c

Ok guys.ty I'm understanding what your saing..ty didn't no that .One more question about nutrients please. During all stages of growing , is potassium release. Should my feeding chart change, like less potassium or more phosphorus.just wanted to no this is my sixth grow, I should no buy now .

You will not experience too much potassium as a result. Just charge the coco and go on as normal.

And by the way, keep asking the questions. It helps everybody.
