Just to double check, is it possible that second plant is getting some source of light at night? insomniaczzz is right, it should definitely have more than just pistils at this point. The main reason a plant doesn't flower is its not getting 12 hours of complete darkness everyday. Even an indicator light or light leak can do it sometimes.
If you're sure it's getting complete darkness, the other thing to try is to change from a 12/12 schedule to an 11/13 schedule. The extra hour of dark every night can help kickstart it into the flowering stage.
Your plants look great once the other one starts flowering it's going to be a canopy of buds in there

Hi nebula, I'm pretty sure that it's in total darkness, it's next to my other plant and that is ok, there are so many variables coz they are from bagseed, I mean I understood when green75 said they are different photo period, it just seems so slow compared to cpt.frosty right next to it, under the same light, it is a lot lighter green as well, plus I topped it and fimmed the other out of interest, I took some pics of plant in question's tallest bud for you and one of the frosty plant next to it that showed 1.5 weeks before, thanks for advice:smile:

You're right, it's going, just a little slower than the other. I bet it's the strain and nothing to do with you
