If seeds are confiscated by customs do they prosecute you. I know that’s what’s happened and now am nervous
 
How many seeds are you talking?
if it’s hundreds...that could be an issue. If you are talking a minuscule amount, could just get you flagged for future inspections.
 
No big deal its just a seed no trouble till its growing I don't use overseas banks anymore lost 2 orders in a row if your in USA try 420guy

That's a new development that they are flagging you for future shipments. They usually don't tell you that. I have had three interceptions, and confiscations. My last order I had sent to a dead man in another city, and state. Of course the address was of a friend of mine. I had to pay ups shipping to me of course, but it was worth it just to thwart the bastards.
 
Just think if it was decriminalized how much money you'd save on taxes not paying for someone to confiscate your seeds.

And the good ole USA has the greatest percentage of its population imprisoned. Once you start doing the math it becomes alarming.

No more customs for me either. Just talked to Paul, yesterday, he told me he's sent seeds to damn near every state, with never any problems.
But it could still happen, I reckon, that's why I always get a bunch of them, i like along with tshirts and calenders,.
He' s already run out of some of my favorites, Like ChemsSister and Headbanger ,but he might have some more, not sure when though,
ChemsSister is an awesome plant to grow.

Many, many growers order seeds online every day, and to this day there has never been a report of someone in the USA getting in legal trouble for simply ordering cannabis seeds online. You can check me on that! In fact, American citizens have been ordering seeds overseas via mail order from Amsterdam since at least the 1970s, and even though it’s been over 40 years there hasn’t been a case of an American getting in legal trouble simply for ordering cannabis seeds online through the mail! An American citizen won’t get in legal trouble for ordering cannabis seeds online from outside the country. NebulaHaze

Yes sir it was more of a warning I guess I had tried a few orders close together. But like I said they can't do anything to ya for just seeds I could just get you on radar. And yes I gave my letter of a few cents with a wipe
 
Headbangers not to good out of the gate, lost one out of two planted,seemed a bit unstable imo. but will reserve judgment till the one that’s left has grown out a bit more. Most of the others I got from Paul germinated without incedent and sum are doing great the cristal arora are taking off as are theN/L 😎
