SOIL compost tea

Need info on compost tea's.
How long to brew it ?
What's its self life once brewed?
Need to keep bubbles going once it's brewed?
Any help with this will be great. Long time grower but new to the teas.

My brother is using home brew compost tea, just run water through the compost and water the plants with it. He uses an old boat for his compost. The plants luv it!!
I want to do similar, I want a worm bed in a boat, and then run water through that for worm pea! I have helped others set this up, I must do it!
