All I meant was that the general advice is that the buds should not be smoked if the get the silver on them.
Now just skimming Tat's links it seems that may not be exactly true as presented. I still wouldn't recommend or try smoking such buds without some in depth research, but my skimming suggests things like, no residue, using as a foliar spray, etc. Seems it's possible it kills, read suffocates, primitive life but not advanced life. It also seems to suggest that there may be a yield increase with some plants, though prolonged exposure may stunt some.
It's a great subject Tat has brought up and merits some looking into, but I'll remain on the cautious side for now.
