What is an efficient way to provide CO2, there seems to be many sources, some seem dubious.

This kind looks easy and cheap but do they work?

They also make co2 burners, probably overkill for a small grow.

Ive also seen a "bucket if CO2" but have no experience with either. Would like to find out and feedback if others have used these. A tank would of course be best, I think.

They make mushroom compost bags too. You could even ferment some yeast which gives off co2. Not sure how effective any of these methods would be.
