Co2

Co2 how? I know plants need it but like how do you control it give it to them that sort of thing

It is a parts per million thing. Air has already CO2 so you just increase the concentration in the air. You can either leave a CO2 bomb with no control at all or buy an expensive air controller that adjusts automatically

If you don't have super intense lights, sealed room it can be a waste of time. I run CO2 on a timer and a larger flower room just because there's so many plants in there probably a waste more than help mental I mean.

CO2 is the last thing a grower should add to improve their grows. Optimizing space, lighting, nutrients and plant training should be done first.
Once all those are perfected, and only if there's more light than the plant can use normally, then CO2 could be added.

If you are not maxing your plants out on light then it is a waste of money.
I explain it like this. The plants need co2 like we need oxygen. If we are sitting on the couch watching TV, there is plenty of oxygen for us without adding more. However, if we were running a marathon (like a plant in max light), then more oxygen would help us perform much better.
I will never need to use co2
