CO2 Injection

I’ve been searching for days but I can’t find any good info on the subject so I bring it to the professionals Ok, so I’ve got this little 10lbs CO2 tank with a regulator, that I really want to use. Well, as I’m making my shopping list, I had to come down to the decision between a controller or some more lighting. I’m choosing the lighting so how can I use my CO2 tank and regulator on a timer?
And will a recycling carbon scrubber sitting on the floor like, scrubb out my CO2 from the air? Like how does that work?

Put the regulator set to the proper ppm you desire, then put the regulator on a timer to only run during lights on.
No, co2 is way too small to be trapped inside the pores of the activated carbon. It isn’t filter out c02.
Just make sure your temps and light saturation is enough to make running co2 worth it.
