Co2 extract

My Son just got back from a trip to DC and brought back some Co2 extract oil. I have never been interested in oil because of butane method for extraction but Co2 seems to be the way to go. Anybody out there have an opinion?

Take a look at YouTube or go out and look at some of the commercial CO2 gear sites if you haven't already. If you're a hardware junkie at all, you'll love it. Really awesome tech, and a fascinating process. I haven't tried CO2 extracted product, but I like the idea--no residual hydrocarbon solvents, just pure greenhouse gas.

I've tried some and it was good. A little stripped of flavor but a nice consistency, like glass. The most important part was it was smooth and didn't feel like I was going to die. You can always add terps back in for flavor.

From what I have read, that is one of the interesting things about Co2 equipment, you can dial it in for more terps and flavor, but it ain't cheap.

Have done some quick research online and like what I have learned. I'm with you on wanting to avoid hydrocarbon solvents!
