You put them outside when the daylight hours are long and darkness hours short. Still a bit early here in CA because there is still 11.5 hours of darkness right now. That will change in like a month, but you don’t want her to start flowering early because of the long nights.
After the clones take root, I place them into soil and have them under a humidity dome for a day or two. With out knowing too much about your set up, I assume you are using cfl lights at this point in time. So.... After that, you need to harden them off to the sunlight.
Then they are ready for the OD season.
