Clones from a plant that had issues

General question about cloning. Te mother plants were popped from seeds, look great until there was some heat issues, every leaf was burnt and/or yellow, almost lost them. They now have bounced back and look great again.

If I take cuttings for clones will they be clones of the genetics or will they be clones of an at one time weak and damaged plant and generally be less healthy?

As long as you have the mother back healthy and vibrant the clones should be fine.
