Clone has single leafs not clusters

On October 6, I cut a clone from a Black Jack plant that had been flipped to flower two weeks before. It wasn't until October 21 that I felt the root structure could support being transplanted into soil. This plant showed very little growth until about 10 days ago and now it's growing vigorously. But it's only putting out single leafs. I have other clones that were taken before the parent was sent to the flower room and they have grown vigorously from the beginning without abnormalities.

Will the Black Jack clone eventually grow normally?

I don't think mutations like this correct themselves. I've seen examples of single or 3-fingered leaf plants do just fine.

I think you should grow her out and see how she does!

Try to top it or FIM as soon as you can.

What you have is a clone that was ready to bud when you took it- It's not a problem and you will experience some funky leave shapes.

I have 2 in my flower tent that are doing beautifully- (with funky leaves) and I took a clone from those: long before the flip and the new clones are funky too.

As I say often around here- I'm not growing plants I am growing buds!!!

I had nearly the exact same problem i see in your plant, twisted growth, less clusters, yellowing with new growth. I attributed it to boron deficiency. This can be caused by underwatering, ph imbalance or deficiency of boron in the soil, this is rare though. I would address these things and also check on your temperature and humidity levels.

Bud is the goal! But it turns what I thought clones were upside-down - a copy of the parent.

Per the GWE cloning section. Go down toward bottom and there is a section on taking a clone from a flowering plant. There is a picture that looks almost exactly like your plant.

I topped her and bent her over a month ago or more to see if that would help her grow and she's actually very bushy. After taking the picture, I began LST and she had a lot of tops to tie down.

New leaves will grow under new circumstances. Stress might straighten it out.
