Clay Balls as a Coco Coir surface cover?

I'm growing in Coco Coir. My grow tent is more humid than the ideal. I read that using a soil cover can reduce humidity a little. I was thinking about covering my Coco Coir with clay balls. Does anyone know the pros / cons of this practice?

best to get a dehumidifier to put outside tent or leave tent doors open if u can i had same problem tried all sorts that what i ended up doing hope this helps

no u can put in tent just i have hygrometer inside and outside tent humidity higher in room than tent so i lowering it before my fan sucks it in mate
