Yup one of my favorite LST techniques. Got 4 girls under the torture, so far they are reacting well, stress is minimal. And yes my auto WT is fattening up.

Different idea....Looks like you are on the way to a very low table top grow...I was surprised I could keep blue berry (photo) under 20" including pot... Starting to think about 2 ft thai...

Nope not at all. I use Advance Nutrients instead.

I don't like killing trees SoOrbudgal so yes I washed the sticks and reuse them for the next grow.
