Welp, I just moved White Widow #1 & #2 back into the basement. Miz Lady has seen the light. I went out this afternoon to give WW1 a good thorough going over looking for bud rot, having found 3 tainted buds this morning. Well, I found 1 more, cut it off & brought it in to show her. I cut it open & explained to her how heat & humidity conspire to defeat our efforts as growers. "If you bring them back inside will they dry out so this will stop?", she asked. "I'm not sure, but if I don't it will definitely continue." That's all it took! My White Widow sisters are back in 75°F & 50% RH under 280 watts of sodium discharge lights at a regimented 12/12. I'm relieved & grateful. That is all.

In fairness, I didn't know anything else to tell her. I don't have any idea what these plants' reactions will be. The truth is, as tight and compact as the buds on these plants are, they may continue to rot. So I put two 8" fans inside the tent blowing up from underneath & the 8" exhaust fan. Now we wait.... & I check twice/day til harvest. If y'all can think of anything else I should be doing please speak up.
