Cbd

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good CBD genetic? My daughter's boyfriend has epilepsy. He's willing to try cbd.

For someone who is considering using a cannabis/hemp product for a purely medical reason, buy something at a shop or online. For the first time, at least. If you hand BF a joint of a CBD strain you grew, how much CBD is he getting? Is it enough to help? Is it more than he needs? A measured dose will give him a baseline of what he can try to help.
If the purchased CBD doesn't help, you have wasted a little money instead of whatever blanket investment you have in growing a CBD plant.
I don't know where you are so going to a dispensary might not be an option. But CBD seems pretty well accepted these days and can be bought online.

I recommended exactly that. I may have to present them with a product as my own. I have a prescription and agree. Long story short they wanted me to grow it. I'm in Canada. Easy access
Regardless. I would like to start cultivating and learning if it is successful for him.

Got it. What country? In the US, MMJ cards/licenses are given by a niche few doctors and they are about as medical as asking your neighbor for permission. They do not sell anything cannabis.
And our governments sure as hell sell nothing cannabis. All they do is collect taxes. Local, anyway. The feds have to legalize it before they can tax it.

I'm working on convincing them. I would rather he see my doctor and get a proper prescription. They are young and trying to live an organic lifestyle. They just looked to me first. It's now up to me to explain the situation lol. Thanks all. I'm going to try the legal seeds from my medical provider. They offer grow support etc.

I will continue to recommend he get a diagnosis. I opened a can of worms lol. In the meantime I'll learn to grow it.

I'm confused. If there has not been a proper diagnosis, how does he know he has epilepsy, or something else?

Wow. I feel like I'm so cool over here in Alaska with my legal pot, but I don't have govie seeds or even a medical marijuana system. It's the wild west out here for medical marijuana. I use cannabis for self-medication (also just like to get high). I'm tired of having to go to a dispensary, that's part of the reason I started growing. At least there's a cute girl there I like. Haha.

Gingerbeard ok I see the confusion.

He has a definite diagnosis for epilepsy. He is on many drugs for it. He has never tried cbd. I suggested it and immediately they wanted me to grow it.
I suggested he see my cannabis doctor if he would be a good candidate and that he become properly prescribed.
They insist that I grow it. I have since explained the process of months it would take. I will order these seeds from my provider then begin the process of learning the strain..
In the meantime working towards him being properly prescribed.

Got it. Tell him a gingerbeard told him to try storebought before putting you through the stress. You are the bee's knees for growing, but he needs to do a test drive.
Don't your MD's give CBD's? Seeds but no product?

@apacin0

We not only have a medical system. For free care.
We have recreational system. For example you can't get shatter from the doctors. It's considered recreational. So go to the corner weed dispensary. I live in a small city of 75k people. There are 18 recreational dispensaries here lol.
